Late Arrival, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy 

Late Arrival:

 

Due to scheduling, if you arrive late there may not be enough time to complete your full service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can result in having to cancel and reschedule your appointment; in this case the full estimated appointment cost will be due.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

 

A full 2 day notice is required for changing or cancelling any appointment. Confirmation texts are sent out 2 days prior to your appointment so please respond accordingly. 

 

A cancellation or large service modification made within 24 hours of the appointment, will result in a 100$ cancellation fee; for services under 100$ 50% of the service cost will be due. A cancellation made the same day as the scheduled appointment, will result in 100% of the estimated service cost due. 

 

If two cancellations are made in a row, a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to hold future appointments. 

 

Cancellation fees are due on the day of cancellation. A cancellation fee not settled on the day of cancellation; will result in an additional 25$ fee. Failure to settle cancellation fees will result in a block on booking any future appointments. Upon the stylist discretion, an appointment block may be removed after the owed fees are settled,

 

We know emergencies in life happen, and will access each situation before a fee is charged. 

 

In the case of an emergent cancellation on the salons behalf, every effort to accommodate the client will be made.

 

 

No show appointments: 

 

No call, no show appointments will not be rescheduled; full cost of the estimated appointment will be charged to the card on file.

DEPOSITS

​

Any service cost estimated at 400$+ will require a deposit from new clients to reserve that appointment. The deposit is non refundable and is required to hold space for large services; and  will go towards your future service costs. This deposit can be transferable as long as the appointment is rescheduled within the rescheduling guidelines mentioned above. A maximum of 2 reschedules can be made with 1 deposit and can only be rescheduled within a 6 week time frame. 
 

 

REFUNDS 

 

We do not offer refunds on services, but guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended products and advice to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 3 days of your visit so we can make any adjustments necessary without any cost to you within one week of your received service. Complementary adjustments can only be done on services apart of the original appointment - blow drys/styles are not included in complementary adjustments.

 

Your confirmation of any appointment via text or in person at the studio, indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

 

A card on file is required to hold your appointment spot, if a card is not on file within 48 business hours of scheduling, it will be noted as a voluntary cancellation.
